Repair Without the Patch Look

The final surface should feel uninterrupted.

Backing, board thickness, tape width, compound build, texture, primer, paint sheen, and room light all decide whether a repair disappears or keeps announcing itself.

We plan for the whole plane, not just the damaged spot.

How We Plan the Work

Good drywall work is quiet. The planning is not.

01

One experienced drywall contractor from repair through finish

Daniel brings more than 20 years of drywall experience to repairs, remodel tie-ins, new board, taping, mudding, sanding, texture matching, ceilings, and commercial interiors. Drywall is the primary trade. Paint matching and final finish work are available when the project needs a complete handoff instead of leaving the repaired area unfinished.

02

Small repairs move quickly without pretending every scope is the same

Small repairs can often be scheduled within 24 hours. Larger projects are typically scheduled within one to two weeks, depending on size, access, material needs, other trades, and current availability. Those are normal scheduling windows, not a promise made before the surface and scope are understood.

03

Protection is part of the work

Occupied homes and active commercial spaces need more than a patch plan. When the project requires it, Daniel uses tarps and dust-containment measures to protect floors, furniture, openings, and nearby areas during cutting, sanding, and texture work. The setup changes with the room, airflow, ceiling height, access, and amount of material being removed.

04

Guaranteed workmanship with an honest finish plan

Daniel guarantees his workmanship. The estimate defines what the drywall scope includes and whether texture, primer, paint matching, or final paint is part of the project. Existing light, sheen, texture age, previous repairs, and substrate movement can affect how a transition reads, so the plan sets realistic expectations instead of promising that every repair will be invisible under every condition.

I called them to repair 6 inch hole in drywall. They had me send a photo and they gave me a very reasonable bid and sent Stuart out following day and within 2 hours hole was repaired like it was never there. I will be calling them for any future drywall work.

Utah Drywall and Repair did a fantastic job on the theater room addition in our basement. They literally went above and beyond, repairing some previous damage to the ceiling that wasn’t included in the estimate.

5 stars from beginning to end. From setting the initial appointment, to Daniel coming to inspect and bid, to Joaquin doing the hard work, then Daniel coming back to ensure satisfaction, I don’t think we’ve ever been happier with work done in our home. Daniel even picked up the trim we wanted to complete the project! Thank you to everyone involved.
