Information you send
The estimate form collects the project type, project details, your name, phone number, and email address. The project address and photos are optional. Please do not include unrelated personal or sensitive information in the project description or photos.
Analytics and attribution
The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand visits, phone-button clicks, and completed estimate requests. It may store the landing page, referring page, UTM campaign values, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID, or MSCLKID. First-party attribution data may be kept in local or session storage for up to 90 days so the original source is not lost when you visit more than one page. Google may also use cookies or similar browser storage under its own policies.
Form security and delivery
Cloudflare hosts the site and Cloudflare Turnstile checks estimate requests for automated abuse. That verification can use the requesting IP address and normal browser or network information. Submitted form fields and optional photos are sent to FormBox for secure intake and delivery. Approved leads may then be sent to the business CRM so the team can respond and manage the request.
How the information is used
Information is used to review the drywall project, respond to you, schedule an estimate, deliver the request, measure which marketing produced an inquiry, prevent spam, maintain business records, and improve the website. Hosting, analytics, advertising, form-delivery, security, and CRM providers may process information to provide those services under their own terms and privacy practices. Retention can vary by system and legitimate business or legal need.
Your choices and questions
You can block or clear browser cookies and storage through your browser settings, although attribution and analytics may then be incomplete.
