6. Repair, skim, and sand as agreed
Ceiling defects are corrected, compound is built and feathered, and the surface is prepared for the selected texture or smooth finish.
7. Prime and finish
Fresh compound and exposed drywall paper need an appropriate primer system. Texture and paint matching can be included when stated in the project scope.
